More visitors!!!!

We sure have been busy with company around here. I am starting the think I need a bigger house, but that will have to wait. We are just very cozy while we have company. Over the weekend my sister and good friend Jeannette were here. So a lot of fun and laughing was had.
Then my SIL and Cilla came to visit for a few days. I just love her rolls and creases {I was talking about Cilla's}...This baby is content with laying on the floor playing with her toys or rolling around. It has been fun watching her. Everytime I see her, I relish in her hair and chubbyness.

{doesn't she look like Joe Dirt in this picture??? I'm just sayin...}
Jill celebrated her "25" birthday with us yesterday(8-25). It has been fun having them here. We were sad to see them go but soon enough we will see them again.

We also went to pick corn for our food storage. This was our first time doing this so it was a family affair. Gracyn even got involved and husked corn with us. She actually did a great job even though she was taking the already husked ones and putting them on the ground. In between mosquito bites and the rain, we enjoyed ourselves.

Patrick and Zoiee enjoying themselves.

First Day of school!!!

Today was Zoiee's first day of Kindergarten. She did awesome. No crying {I teared up a little saying bye}. She just gave me kisses and went in line. We were very surprised by this but very glad at the same time. She is such a big girl now. She couldn't wait to wear her new clothes and shoes.

Isn't she cute??? What ever will Gracy and I do all day????

Hiking!!

After a year living here, we finally ventured out and went hiking. It was beautiful. I love it here. We also found this swing by where we parked and everyone got to swing. We had 4 cousins with us that day. {sorry for the photos, forgot the camera so the cell phone had to do}

I am not in too many pictures so thought we should get one. Love that we are matching. It was all Zoiee's idea.

I promise Gracyn liked the hike. She just has to get used to the backpack.

My Mom and Dad.
We just might have to do this again. Maybe without kids next time. They didnt seem to think it was that fun.

We had more cousins visit tonight. I fed them all dinner and then when Patrick got home from work we took them swimming. You should have seen us all walk in there. One BIG happy family!!!

FaMiLy PhOtO sEssIoN!!!

I needed a head shot taken so Zoiee decided that she wanted to pose as well. She has often wanted to take over the camera and just have pictures of her done but this time she had to share.

You can catch Gracy's mouth like this often. I am surprised I haven't found bugs in her mouth. She is always happy and this is her HAPPY face.

Mommy with her Cuddle Monster {emphasis on monster}

One that Z took. {love the speaker cord hanging on the wall...guess its time to start buying wall speakers}
Our little lovlies!!!!!
When Gracy woke up from her nap the other day, she hadn't seen her sister yet. When Z came out of her room, Gracy ran towards her with her arms outstretched. She gave Z the biggest hug and kisses. She was so excited to see her. Those are some of the moments I love being a mom. Now I just need to capture it with my camera.

Our Visit with Anthony

My nephew Anthony came to visit and stayed with us for a week. We enjoyed having him and I learned what it is like to have an 11 year old boy living with me. These are only a few of the moments we shared during his visit. He also had a few firsts this visit. The girls loved climbing all over him.

He had his first ROOTBEER FLOAT and even his first Carls Jr hamburger.

He even enjoyed going to my friends house and playing with the pug. Oh and he enjoyed a little of their PS3. He did alot of gaming that week at my house also. I really didnt have anything else in my house to entertain him unless he wanted to play dress up or with babies. I think he made a good choice.

My mom came down for the weekend and we took him to the airport, then had a girls day.

We enjoyed having Anthony here. The house was a lot noisier than it usually is, but it was worth it. There was a lot more use out of the Wii and PS2 this week than there has been the whole year. We hope to see him again at Thanksgiving.
